Return & Refund Policy

At P-MODE, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Your Right to Cancel

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, we will refund the applicable amount using the original payment method where possible, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

Original standard delivery costs may be refundable where required by law. Additional costs arising from a customer choosing a more expensive delivery option may not be refundable where permitted by law.

Non-Returnable Items
